Hello. My name is Debi Chavez and I am the Owner/Director of Wee Blessings Preschool & Academy/Country School for 16 amazing years. I'm so excited to be teaching Kindergarten again this year. This is my 35th year in Education. I have a Masters in Education (Curriculum & Instruction) teaching Pre-K through 6th grade and have loved every minute of my career.
There's nothing more gratifying that teaching children about God and inspiring them to be the best they can be! I look forward to fun filled year with our Wee Blessings Country Kindergarteners.

Hi. My name is Phil Chavez and I am the Owner/Finance Director of Wee Blessings Preschool & Academy/Country School for 16 years. I'm also a Contractor and built the two new classrooms on our ranch property along with our Tiny House remodel.
I do hardscape, renovations, new builds and am even starting a small farming operation at the ranch. I will be growing micro greens, hydroponic leafy greens along side of trees and gardening plants. I'm looking forward to working alongside your family at Wee Blessings.

My name is Tiffanie Cartan (aka Mrs. Tiff), and I am SUPER excited to be a part of the Wee Blessings family! I am originally from a small farm town of 200 in Iowa! I moved to Arizona to attend Grand Canyon University, where I received my B.S. in Elementary Education and received my M.A. degree in Instructional Media from ASU. I have 15 years of experience as a classroom teacher (1st, 2nd,3rd, and 5th grades) and as a K-6 Instructional Media Specialist (school librarian & technology instructor). I have also coached boys and girls junior high track & field and 8th grade girls’ basketball. I stepped away from teaching to be a stay-at-home mom to my two boys, who are both Wee Blessings alumni! My husband, Scott, and I have been married for 12 years and enjoy any chance we get to take our boys hiking, biking and on frequent trips to the mountains. We also enjoy tending to our 16 chickens! I am so thrilled to follow my passion for teaching while being a part of your child’s first experience with school to help them build a strong foundation for learning!
